Scout Boxall’s critically acclaimed and award winning show "God's Favourite" took the Australian festival circuit by storm in 2025.

After getting stranded in regional Victoria without medication for the first time in twelve years, Scout Boxall has to pull out all the psychological stops to survive one of the worst nights of their life. During their harrowing mental marathon through manic withdrawal, Scout imagines life in the middle ages, trawls the strangest crevices of the Internet and (briefly) finds God.

Part stand up, part theatre, all raw and unflinching, “God’s Favourite” enjoyed sold out seasons in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney and won the prestigious Pinder Prize, which secured Scout a spot at Assembly Theatres in Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2026.
